How We Serve Our Residents
Routine Lawn Care
The Tartan West Community Association is comprised of 388 properties that encompass common areas and green spaces, which are routinely cared for and maintained by the Association. This includes mowing, fertilization, tree care, edging, mulching and care for any surrounding amenities.
Vineyard Maintenance
The TWCA owns vineyards that require ongoing maintenance, including pruning and post replacement.
Leisure Trail Upkeep
The Association partners with the City of Dublin to identify and facilitate the upkeep of the miles of walking trails, which are maintained by The City of Dublin on a two-year cycle.
Pond Maintenance
The nine ponds found throughout the community take continual maintenance, year-round. The large entrance feature ponds with cascading waterfall features has eleven aerators alone!
Ongoing Care
In addition to the above, the Tartan West Community Association oversees the care of irrigation systems, community entrances, and pergolas.
