The 2024 Board of Directors election was held earlier this year and seven community members ran for election. The following six Board members received the most votes, were confirmed for 2024 and were announced at the annual meeting.

  • PLEASE NOTE:  The NAI Ohio Equities New Albany office does not accept walk in customers, we are available by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Please contact your Association Manager or Architectural Liaison to schedule an appointment in advance at 614-939-8600.  NAI Ohio Equities will maintain a drop box at the main entrance of the building for assessment and architectural review payments, this drop box will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
