Rules & Regulations

The beauty of Tartan West is upheld by a level of conformity and uniformity throughout the various sections of the community. All properties located within the Tartan West Community Association are bound to a specific set of rules and regulations which are listed below:

  • PLEASE NOTE:  The NAI Ohio Equities New Albany office does not accept walk in customers, we are available by appointment only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Please contact your Association Manager or Architectural Liaison to schedule an appointment in advance at 614-939-8600.  NAI Ohio Equities will maintain a drop box at the main entrance of the building for assessment and architectural review payments, this drop box will be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
